Job summary

Kadant Johnson LLC is seeking a qualified individual to fill a first-shift Product Fulfillment Technician position. This role supports the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders through shipping, receiving, assembly, and related material-handling activities. The hours for this position are 7:00 a.m.

- 3:30 p.m. This roleworks primarily in shipping, receiving, and assembly areas, and includes utility duties in other areas as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through are critical to success in this role.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively while maintaining a professional, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving, and assembly in a fast-paced job shop environment.
• Prepare shipments and receive/verify materials.
• Assist with assembly work and maintain organized work areas.
• Support production flow to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Lift up to 70 lbs on occasion.
