Job summary

ResourceMFG is looking for a dedicated Forklift Operator for 1st shift. The role pays $17.75/hour and involves operating forklifts, loading/unloading shipments, staging materials for production, and moving inventory across the site.

You will use RF scanners and inventory systems while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following all company guidelines. This 1st shift position offers active daily work and reliable hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory processes is a plus.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Stage materials for production and customer orders.
• Pull, prepare, and move inventory as needed.
• Utilize RF scanners and inventory tracking systems.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
