Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors seeks a Manager DC - Footwear for 1st shift at Twiggs DC in Jeffersonville, GA. You will oversee daily operations for eCommerce fulfillment, supplies management, and service request workflows.

You’ll drive accuracy, quality, and productivity through proven processes and team leadership, while ensuring safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Collaboration across shifts will be key.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
7+ years of related experience including at least 3 years of management.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF-managed inventory.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for your assigned shift, ensuring smooth eCommerce fulfillment, supplies management, and service request workflows.
Drive accuracy, quality, and productivity through consistent processes and strong team leadership.
Support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts that help the DC operate efficiently.
Lead process observations, address gaps, and collaborate across teams to keep service levels on track.
Coach your team through changes, new initiatives, and cross-functional training that strengthens overall capability.
