The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in inventory/distribution, and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory, distribution and operational procedures.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration across shifts, DCs and divisions.

Responsibilities

• Manages all day-to-day operations related to inventory control.
• Manages a diverse workforce, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, corrective action and terminating.
• Analyzes operations and implements processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyzes inventory results to reduce inaccurate inventory.
• Maintains a culture focused on superior customer service and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborates with operational leaders to improve inventory accuracy and address needs.
• Ensures compliance with standards, policies, and safety practices.
• Maintains internal control documentation and supports audits.
• Prepares and maintains departmental records and reports.
• Builds partnerships with DC Operations, Merchants, and Store Operations.
