Job summary

QPS Employment Group is hiring an Operator for a dynamic food manufacturing team. You will operate plant equipment safely to maintain production flow and follow QC procedures to ensure food safety and product integrity.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and moving for a 40-hour shift, with a 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:00pm and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour. Prior food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, and extension is possible depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical inclination and willingness to learn will help in operating plant equipment.
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate all plant equipment safely to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow safety guidelines to protect self and colleagues.
• Adhere to QC procedures to safeguard food safety and product integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
• Complete production records accurately and timely.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and basic mechanical tasks.
