Job summary

1440 Foods Manufacturing is seeking Food Production Team Members for 1st shift. You will operate and oversee production machinery, monitor line performance, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities include maintenance tasks, data capture, and adherence to HACCP/GMP guidelines while contributing to a positive customer experience. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food processing or production is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee production machinery and packaging systems.
• Monitor and optimize line performance for efficiency and quality.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Record inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
