Job summary

PFSbrands is seeking a Production Operator for the first shift to operate and maintain equipment in a manufacturing setting in Missouri. You will handle material movement, packing, palletizing, and ensure proper shipping and receiving processes while following GMP, HACCP, and SQF guidelines.

The role requires adherence to safety protocols, accurate data recording, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• ERP system familiarity is preferred.
• Proficient math and good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment in a factory environment.
• Handle materials, packing, palletizing, shipping and receiving.
• Follow safety guidelines, 5S, GMP and HACCP training requirements.
• Record production data and ensure proper LOT and BATCH coding.
• Identify equipment issues and coordinate with supervisor for resolution.
• Assist in developing and updating SOPs for safety and quality.
