Job summary

PFSbrands is seeking a Production Operator (TEMP) to operate and maintain factory equipment while handling materials, packing, palletizing, and shipping/receiving. The role emphasizes strict safety, sanitation, and adherence to GMP and SQF guidelines, with a focus on quality, 5S, and continuous improvement.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
• Positive attitude with a strong teamwork approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment in a factory environment.
• Handle material movement, packing, palletizing, shipping and receiving.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitization, GMP and HACCP training compliance.
• Record production data and maintain 5S standards.
• Assist in developing and updating SOPs for safety, quality, C&S and operations.
• Maintain inventory levels and control flow of product.
