Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and prior food manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse settings is desirable.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned machinery and meet production goals.
• Ensure policies and food safety protocols are followed in daily tasks.
• Coordinate with production management and QC to maintain quality and efficiency.
