Hayden Valley Foods is seeking a Mixer Machine Operator/Boxer to join our production team in Ohio. You will own assigned equipment, monitor batch quality, and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP protocols while collaborating with QC and management to hit daily production goals.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow safety standards, and a willingness to work 1st shift with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse is preferred.
• Must understand the process of the job and ensure product quality.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned machinery and meet production goals.
• Follow food safety protocols (GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF).
• Collaborate with production management and QC to identify and reduce risks.
• Meet daily production targets and maintain quality standards.
