The position includes first shift hours, weekend rotation, and bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 2+ years of experience in floor care and carpet extraction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of floor technician experience required.
• Knowledge of stripping, finishing, burnishing, and scrubbing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Strip, scrub, burnish, and finish tile floors.
• Clean and maintain carpeted areas; perform extraction.
• Carpet extraction including upholstery; handle light to deep cleaning.
• Remove trash and deliver dirty linens twice daily.
• Prepare and remove event setups.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and work areas safely.
• Exemplify CARE First in every aspect.
• Perform other floor technician duties as assigned.
