Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Electrical Supervisors for projects in Greensboro, NC. This first shift opportunity offers pay up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will plan, coordinate and supervise electrical work, lead electricians and apprentices, and ensure safety and quality across all project phases. Join a team that values safety, productivity and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• At least 7 years of electrical experience for supervisory consideration.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices, codes, and safety standards.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to participate in a client interview.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical work activities.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to electricians and apprentices.
• Monitor productivity and maintain quality workmanship throughout all phases of the project.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on the job site.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and project schedules to support successful project completion.
• Support daily project operations while maintaining communication with management and field personnel.
