Job summary

CCL Lumberton, NJ is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for 1st shift, Monday–Friday 7am–3pm. The role involves supporting manufacturing with troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of new equipment to maximize uptime.

Candidates should have an electrical background, mechanical aptitude, and 3+ years in maintenance manufacturing, with familiarity with servo drives, VFDs, and PLCs. The position is on-site at 92 Ark Road, Lumberton, NJ 08048.

Qualifications

• Electrical background.
• Familiar with Servo Drives, VFDs, PLCs and computer controlled equipment.
• Must have mechanical aptitude.
• 3+ years of maintenance manufacturing experience; experience in food, printing, packaging or automotive preferred.
• Technical School Certificate or equivalent work experience.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repairs to maximize efficiencies and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and maintain plant support equipment such as air compressors and chillers.
• Assist on installation of new equipment and modification of existing equipment.
