Job summary

Lead a team of warehouse associates, drive safety, productivity and quality, and coordinate across functions to meet delivery goals.

The role includes training, monitoring performance, addressing escalations, and implementing improvements while ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 5+ years in a distribution center.
• 2+ years in a lead/mentorship role.

Responsibilities

• Monitors productivity and balances workload to meet goals.
• Provides training and tools to warehouse associates to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ensures warehousing functions run smoothly and acts as point-of-contact for escalated issues.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance distribution center performance.
• Evaluates the distribution center’s alignment for efficiency and inventory management.
• Maintains clean work areas and follows company safety policies.
• Completes paperwork and productivity reports.
