Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. in Kinston, NC is seeking a 1st Shift Janitorial Lead to supervise daily custodial operations within our manufacturing facility. You will lead an assigned building/area, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate with the client to meet on-site needs.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong time management, and the ability to motivate and train staff. On-site work is Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with on-job training provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building/area
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising functions and activities of the department
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations
• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the custodial contract are being satisfied
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy
• Other duties as assigned
