Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a forklift operator to manage transfer car operations safely and efficiently. The role includes inspecting equipment, delivering stock to machines, and maintaining organized stock storage in a fast-paced corrugated environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to read factory master sheets, use a tape measure, and perform basic calculations. Prior forklift experience is preferred, with strong attention to safety and paperwork accuracy.

• Strong common sense and problem-solving in standard situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and care for the transfer car safely and efficiently.
• Deliver stock to machines on time and maintain organized storage stacks.
• Complete shift inspections and maintenance work orders as needed.
• Document paperwork accurately and keep stock location records up to date.
• Adhere to daily production schedule and assist with process optimization.
