Job summary

Responsibilities

• Machine parts to specifications using conventional lathes, milling machines, shapers, grinders or drill presses.
• Measure, examine and test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance using precision instruments.
• Set up and operate conventional machine tools and fixtures to perform precision machining operations.
• Read blueprints and plans to determine methods and sequence of operations.
