Crane Company in Burbank, California seeks a Conventional Machinist for 2nd Shift. The role involves setting up and operating various machine tools to produce precision parts. You will work Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 11:30pm, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing personnel.
The ideal candidate brings over a year of machining experience, a high school diploma, and familiarity with inspection tools. This position offers a competitive hourly range from $24.87 to $31.74, along with comprehensive health benefits and paid time off.

The Conventional Machinist has knowledge of setting up and operating a variety of conventional machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments, including fabricating, modifying, or repairing mechanical instruments. The role may also fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
Hourly range: $24.87 to $31.74. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance‑based bonus programs.
