Job summary

Advance Services Inc. in Ottumwa, IA, is hiring a 1st shift Order Picker / Loader to join a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment. You will accurately pick and fill orders, lift frozen products up to 110 lbs, stage them for trucks, and keep work areas organized while following all safety procedures.

Basic math and reading skills are required; previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Shift runs Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 8:30am–7:00pm.

Qualifications

• Basic math, including multiplication

• Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
• Strong awareness of surroundings in a high-traffic warehouse

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and fill orders in a refrigerated/freezer environment
• Lift and move frozen products weighing between 15–110 lbs
• Stage products for loading onto trucks
• Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume setting
• Follow all safety procedures and remain aware of surrounding equipment and traffic
