Job summary

Zaniboni Lighting Co. is seeking an experienced CNC Laser and Brake operator in Clearwater, FL. The role involves programming, operating, and maintaining a fiber optic CNC laser cutter and brake press to produce high-quality thin gauge aluminum and sheet metal parts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, GD&T fluency, and blueprint reading skills. OSHA-10 and technical CNC certification are preferred. The position is on-site with standard first shift hours.

Qualifications

• Technical certification in CNC Machining Technologies is preferred.
• 3+ years related experience is considered.
• Fluent in GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Able to convert between metric and imperial units.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC laser and brake press jobs per work orders.
• Program CNC machines per specifications and verify tolerances.
• Load correct materials per work orders.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts and document results.
• Perform basic routine maintenance on machines.
• Maintain paperwork and records for produced parts.
