Job summary

EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) is seeking a Book Processing Tech for a full-time, first-shift position at our Contoocook, NH office. The role includes processing and picking books, applying barcodes and related devices, and selecting books from warehouse shelves.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with overtime possible. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and be comfortable using a computer and scanner.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with OT available or required.

Responsibilities

• Process and pick books; apply barcodes and theft detection devices; stamps; date dues.
• Pick books from warehouse shelves.
• Work outside the department as business conditions require.
• Use a computer and a scanner to enter barcode data; other essential computer-based programs.
