Job summary

FXI in High Point, NC is hiring a Baler Operator to join our manufacturing team. This on-site role requires operating and maintaining baling equipment, loading recyclables, and ensuring safe, efficient production flows.

Responsibilities

• Operate baler equipment according to safety standards.

• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Tie, wrap, and label finished bales.
• Inspect bales for density and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
