• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup and operation.
• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow product layout and production specifications, SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues or irregularities during production.
• Must be able to complete tasks that require a particular speed or productivity quota.
• Must be able to adhere to process protocol and apply established protocols in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of assigned machines in accordance with company procedures.
• Run material through the assigned machine following specifications to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure all inventory entries are completed accurately and promptly.
• Inspect product to maintain quality standards and report defects.
• Meet efficiency standards established for the machine and department.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and support overall facility cleanliness.
• Follow all safety policies and assist with two-person feeds as needed.
• Handle special projects and assignments as business dictates.
