Job summary

Liberty Diversified International is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator I at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will support machine operators, set up orders per specifications, and perform quality checks to ensure safe, efficient production of corrugated products.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or 1+ years manufacturing experience), basic math skills, and the ability to read detailed work instructions. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) needed.
• Ability to read, follow, and complete detailed work instructions repeatedly.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of orders according to customer specifications and readiness processes.
• Support machine operators during quality checks and document issues.
• Monitor production metrics and downtime, helping maximize efficiency.
• Communicate equipment issues to leaders and assist with troubleshooting.
