Job summary

Lear Corporation in Traverse City, MI seeks a Production Assembly Team Member for 1st shift to support assembly operations on the production floor. You will perform visual checks, quality control, restock parts, weigh and pack finished goods, maintain a clean, safe work area, and notify supervisors of defects while following work instructions and quality alerts.

Starting rate is $20.70 per hour. Training includes a 60 day qualification period and ongoing EH&S compliance and teamwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of arithmetic
• Basic skills in oral and written communication
• Commit to EH&S rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations per work instructions.
• Weigh and pack finished goods.
• Restock workstation with necessary parts and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and complete paperwork.
• Notify supervisor of defects and presses/stops.
