Metalcraft of Mayville Beaver Dam is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift in the Assembly department. You will report to the Plant Manager and oversee assembly personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

The role focuses on planning, training, and motivating staff to meet customer expectations. You will drive continuous process improvements, foster open communication, and build a high-performing team while promoting safety and accountability
