Legacy Staffing, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company in Newbury, OH, is hiring entry-level assemblers for a full-time, first-shift role with pay up to $17/hour based on experience.

You will assemble drinking water and softener products, learn components, meet daily production goals, and work in a clean, team-oriented environment. Weekly pay and temp-to-hire opportunities across Ohio are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble drinking water and softener products according to specs.
• Learn components and improve assembly skills to meet daily goals.
• Test finished products for quality and compliance.
• Follow proper packaging procedures.
• Cross-train on multiple product lines.
• Scan work orders and track production completion.
