The role involves assembling stainless-steel commercial models, using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and ensuring units meet performance specs. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety and quality standards, and on-time delivery. Start wage is $19.36 per hour, with potential raise to $24.20 after six months; daily attendance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly and manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Overtime may be required including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and repairs equipment according to work instructions and blueprints.
• Uses hand tools, power tools and precision instruments to assemble components.
• Performs visual inspections for fit, form and function.
• Follows safety and quality procedures and maintains housekeeping.
• Works in a cross-functional team to meet weekly production schedules.
• Ensures accurate packaging and crate assembly for finished products.
