Kelly Services is seeking reliable Assembly II candidates for a 1st Shift, on-site contract position in Ontario, CA. You will perform production assembly, assemble subassemblies, and ensure quality while following safety and work instructions.

The role emphasizes manual assembly tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team across a 40-hour work week. Overtime may be available based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual assembly tasks.
• Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly of structural and mechanical components.
• Assemble subassemblies and related equipment and accessories.
• Follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements.
• Use basic hand tools and manual assembly equipment as required.
• Inspect assembled components for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet production and quality standards.
