Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow work orders.
• Willingness to learn heat treating and precision measurement.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment per procedures.
• Heat-treat aluminum parts to specified hardness.
• Check finished work against specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report discrepancies.
• Assist engineers and production teams as needed.
