First Responder Mental Health Therapist - LCSW or LPC

Integrity Health, an affiliate of PPE, in partnership with Partnership Health Centers (PHCs), is seeking a full-time LCSW or LPC to join our outpatient family practice in Hamilton, NJ. Our practice is dedicated to serving township workers, first responders, and their families.

Position Details:

• Workweek: 40 hours, Monday to Friday
• Clinical supervision provided weekly

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Effective communication with patients, staff, and physicians to coordinate care
• Developing and working toward treatment goals collaboratively
• Documenting patient progress and interventions in the EMR
• Responding to psychiatric crises and providing necessary interventions, including referrals

Qualifications:

• Clinical experience with adults; familiarity with children’s therapy is a plus
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Master’s Degree; LCSW preferred; experienced LPCs encouraged to apply
