Job summary

CGS, a fast-growing seed-stage B2B marketplace, is looking for its first Product Manager to join in SoHo, NYC. You will own the product strategy, shape the roadmap, and translate ideas into high‑impact experiences as you work directly with the founder.

You'll prototype hands-on using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor and Figma, analyze data with SQL and analytics platforms, and write clear specs for engineers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of product experience.
• Experience with web-based products, ideally B2B SaaS or marketplaces.
• Hands-on prototyping with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Figma.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of product development from problem identification to shipping and measuring solutions.
• Shape product strategy, priorities and the overall roadmap with the founder.
• Simplify complex B2B marketplace workflows into intuitive web experiences.
• Build clickable prototypes using Claude Code, Cursor, Figma or similar.
• Analyze product data with SQL, Amplitude or Mixpanel to guide decisions.
• Lead significant product changes including new workflows and redesigns.
• Write clear product specifications for engineers to implement.
• Define success metrics and measure impact on activation, conversion, revenue and engagement.
