Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to deliver a superior air transportation experience with unmatched safety and service. The Pilot acts as the face of NetJets, offering technically precise and safe transport while providing a concierge-style passenger experience on every flight.

The role requires multi-hat duties and flexible hours, including long tours and international travel. Education includes a High School diploma and FAA ATP/medical credentials.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating as follows (IAW 61.160):
• At least 21 years of age and a valid passport.
• 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250 hours with university R-ATP certificate or 1,000 hours with military/uni R-ATP plus specific flight-hour requirements.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate and FCC Restricted Radio Permit.
• Must pass TSA background screening and be able to work in the U.S. with travel.
• Excellent English communication; neat, professional appearance; passenger service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA, OEM, FOM/AOM, and SOPs.
• Greet Owners/passengers, brief weather updates, and manage itinerary changes.
• Provide in-flight service, including catering and beverage handling.
• Load and stow baggage and accommodate pets or smokers as needed.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operation and communicate maintenance issues to MCC.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination and post-landing procedures.
• Complete paperwork related to maintenance discrepancies and other duties as assigned.
