NetJets is seeking pilots to deliver a superior air transportation experience with unmatched safety and service. The Pilot serves as a concierge on every flight, balancing professional flight duties with exceptional customer care for NetJets Owners and passengers.

Responsibilities include safe aircraft operation, in-flight service, passenger briefing, baggage handling, and maintaining professional demeanor at all times, with flexibility for long hours across time zones.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with FAA certifications.
• High School diploma is required; ATP and first-class medical are preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft per FAA rules and SOPs; brief passengers and provide weather updates.
• Deliver in-flight service, including catering and beverage handling.
• Load and stow baggage securely and assist Owner passengers with pets and smoking policies.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations and liaise with Owners from arrival to final destination.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to MCC and complete associated paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned depending on assignment.
