Job summary

NetJets in the United States seeks a Pilot to provide safe, high‑quality air transport with a concierge service level for Owners and passengers. The role requires strict adherence to FAA regulations, in‑flight service, and flawless communication with ground and flight teams.

The pilot will act as the aircraft’s final authority, manage dynamic schedules, and maintain a professional demeanor while traveling across time zones. Strong safety and service orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or R-ATP with multi-engine rating.
• 55+ hours of maintenance coordination and safety awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft safely from taxi to landing following FAA and NetJets SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service and handle catering and alcohol as required.
• Load and secure baggage and assist Owners/passengers during flight.
• Communicate maintenance discrepancies to MCC and document them.
• Serve as liaison from arrival at FBO to final destination with passengers.
