Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a First Officer to assist the Pilot-in-Command in safely operating each flight. The role supports on-time departures and smooth handoffs with passenger services, and involves controlling flight operations under the PIC's supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's licence.
• US citizenship or right to work in the US.
• Current passport with travel ability to Canada, Mexico and the Bahamas.
• Must be available for call-outs with as little as two hours' notice, at all hours.
• Must be within three months of the minimum hour requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PIC in conducting the flight safely and efficiently.
• Assist PIC or passenger service personnel to ensure a prompt departure.
• Assist or relieve the PIC in manipulation of the flight controls during taxi, take-off and landing.
