Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions is seeking a capable first‑level technical support specialist in the Lake Forest area. You will assist customers with IPC products, troubleshoot issues by phone or remote tools, and provide training to maximize system use.

Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent and 6+ months in customer service, with basic networking and MS Office knowledge. The role may require travel and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school.
• Six months+ of directly related customer service experience or equivalent in‑house training.
• Basic understanding of networking, computers (hardware and software), MS Office, navigation of multiple databases and screens, electrical and mechanical inclination.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to users of IPC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems via phone, remote desktop tools and other supported resources.
• Provide customer training and guidance on best practices for IPC systems.
• Identify root causes and communicate solutions effectively.
• Support management with ad hoc tasks and training duties.
