Job summary

Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in risk management, controls, monitoring and testing within financial services.
Experience with risk monitoring, testing, validation, and issue management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Execute control monitoring and testing activities across commercial banking products, processes, and services.
Assess control design and operating effectiveness; recommend improvements.
Develop and enhance monitoring programs, testing methodologies, and key control metrics.
Identify opportunities for automated testing and data-driven risk insights.
Support RCSAs, risk and control inventories, and issue remediation tracking.
