Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR generalist experience, with a minimum of 3 years in California.
• Deep, working knowledge of California employment law.
• Hands-on employee relations experience including investigations.

Responsibilities

• Design and own a structured new hire onboarding program.
• Own health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits programs.
• Advise and coach managers on performance management.
