Job summary

As the first dedicated Drain & Sewer Technician, you will help shape processes and establish standards while building the department and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on drain-clearing experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills for residential drain systems.
• Experience working from inside the home to the curb.
• Ability to explain recommendations and sell drain/sewer services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential drain cleaning, cabling, and hydro-jetting.
• Diagnose drain and sewer issues from home to curb.
• Operate drain machines and sewer camera equipment.
• Identify blockages, damaged piping, and root intrusion.
• Present estimates and secure customer approval.
• Complete accurate service notes and documentation.
• Maintain truck inventory and equipment.
• Protect customers’ homes and keep work area clean.
