Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, California, is hiring its first DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and own the infrastructure that powers our software lifecycle. Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE role.
• Proficiency with AWS.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Strong scripting in Python or Bash.
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS).
• Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Excellent debugging and incident management skills.
• Ability to own large initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Github CI/CD pipelines to accelerate velocity.
• Architect and manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure for high availability and security.
• Monitor and improve system observability with logging, metrics, alerting.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to support test infra and deployments.
• Lead implementation of best practices in infrastructure security and cost optimization.
• Establish incident response protocols and root-cause analysis.
• Help shape DevOps processes and culture as we scale.
