Job summary

Eden Rose USA seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Trial Partner to join its Orange County practice. This senior attorney will lead management-side employment litigation with first-chair responsibilities and contribute to growing the firm’s platform.

The ideal candidate has substantial trial experience, a strong client base, and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior attorneys. Excellent advocacy and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience taking employment matters through all stages of litigation, most of all, trial.
• Strong experience handling complex employment disputes on behalf of employers.
• Excellent written, analytical and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong client-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• An established book of business is welcome, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-stakes labor and employment matters from intake to trial.
• Develop and implement trial strategies for management-side clients.
• Grow the firm’s Labor & Employment practice and contribute to client development.
• Collaborate with partners to expand the practice and secure long-term relationships.
