Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a First Assistant Golf Professional to support golf shop and guest services operations at Trilogy at Vistancia - Golf Shop & V’s Taproom. You’ll work with the Head Golf Professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales and performance.

Responsibilities include coordinating tournaments, budgeting, staff supervision, and delivering top-tier service. A PGA member or in-process candidate is preferred, with a flexible schedule and opportunities in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience in a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
• PGA membership or in the process of obtaining is preferred.
• Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification, as required by the Club.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Golf Shop and Guest Services.
• Coordinate with the Head Golf Professional to meet revenue targets.
• Assist with tournament operations and budget monitoring.
• Hire, supervise, and develop staff according to policies.
• Attend events and maintain guest relations.
