Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Peoria, AZ is seeking a First Assistant Golf Professional to support daily Golf Shop and Guest Services operations. You will coordinate with the Head Golf Professional to deliver high levels of guest satisfaction and revenue performance.

The role requires PGA membership or progress toward it, 2–3 years of supervisory experience, and strong computer skills. A flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two to three years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• PGA membership or in the process of obtaining is preferred.
• First Aid, CPR/AED and safety certifications as required by the Club.
• Computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Golf Shop and Guest Services.
• Coordinate with the Head Golf Professional to meet revenue targets.
• Assist with all tournament operations.
• Interview, hire, and supervise staff per BSRG policies.
• Train and develop staff in golf operations and merchandising.
• Respond to inquiries from guests and regulators.
