Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a First Assistant Golf Professional at Ancala Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ. The role supports day-to-day golf operations, guest experiences, and staff leadership, under the Director of Golf.

You will drive efficiency, quality, and consistency across operations. The position requires PGA membership or active apprenticeship, several years in golf operations, and excellent customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• PGA Member or Apprentice in good standing.
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of golf operations experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation with the Director of Golf.
• Track and verify players, guests, golf carts, lockers and related charges.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament operations.
• Assist in merchandise purchasing and receiving.
• Train, supervise and motivate golf operations staff.
