Job summary

Ancala Country Club is seeking an experienced golf operations leader to oversee all phases of the golf operation in coordination with the Director of Golf. The role includes tracking players and charges, monitoring pace of play, and developing tournament operations.

The ideal candidate will have PGA membership or apprentice status, 5+ years in golf operations, and strong communication and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a PGA Member or Apprentice in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of golf operations experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer service oriented and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation in coordination with the Director of Golf.
• Track and verify players, guests, golf cars, lockers, and other charges; ensure proper controls.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament operations.
• Assist in merchandise purchasing and receiving.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff.
