Job summary

Arcis Golf at Ancala Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a 1st Assistant Golf Professional to support day-to-day golf operations and elevate the member and guest experience.

You will work with the Director of Golf to oversee operations, monitor pace of play, manage reservations and tournament activities, and contribute to staff training and merchandise processes. PGA status and strong communication are highly valued. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• PGA Member or PGA Apprentice in good standing.
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of golf operations experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Director of Golf.
• Track and verify players and guests, golf cars, lockers, and other charges; ensure proper controls.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament operations.
• Assist in merchandise purchasing and receiving.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff.
