Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional at Stonecreek Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ to support day-to-day golf operations and elevate member experiences. You'll oversee tee sheet, pace of play, and staff while developing instructional programs and golfer development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Level one certification or greater required.
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Golf operations background and instruction experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of golf operation in conjunction with Head Golf Professional.
• Track and verify all players, guests, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges; facilitate proper controls.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament, golf instruction, and golfer development programs.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff to meet facility objectives.

On The Job

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Head Golf Professional
