Job summary

Arrow Components is seeking a First Article Associate (New Product Introduction Technician) in Phoenix to support new and existing clients with their product needs. This in-office role involves coordinating requirements, creating first article documentation, and assisting on the production floor during pilots.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience or a 2-year degree, and can work under moderate supervision while developing specialized skills for firmware-related first article

Qualifications

• 2-year degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• Ability to develop first article and firmware programming setup criteria under engineer guidance.
• Capability to identify issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
• Willingness to work under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support key customers by gathering and tracking requirements and creating first article documentation.
• Act as account manager for key customer accounts including order entry and tracking.
• Develop products/documentation per customers’ specs and analyze data for setup criteria.
• Create detailed work instructions from first article build for production, including photos of stages.
• Provide production floor support during pilot runs.
