Job summary

BlockReel seeks a skilled 1st AC for an upcoming independent feature in the Nashville area. You will maintain and pull focus, assist the DP with lens changes, and ensure all camera equipment is handled professionally on set.

We expect significant feature film experience with cinema cameras (ARRI, RED, Sony Venice) and require you to bring your own follow focus system and essential tools. Plan is for 25–30 shooting days with prep starting Nov 8, 2026.

Qualifications

• Significant feature film experience required.
• Experience with cinema cameras (ARRI, RED, Sony Venice preferred).
• Own follow focus system and essential tools requested.
